• Floating time: Approx. 15 hours to 24 hours

Note:

• All balloons will be helium-filled and weighted with water weights.
• If you need a different colour combination, please feel free to comment below! 
• We strongly recommend to only collect or get the Personalised balloon delivered on the Actual Day of your event.
• All Helium balloons will be delivered in a bag to protect the balloons from any sharp objects and for ease of transportation. If you require us to remove the bags upon delivery, please kindly include in the special request.
• Adult supervision is required as uninflated balloons can be a choking hazard. Keep uninflated balloons out of reach from children and discard broken balloons. Do not inhale helium gas at all times as it may be a health hazard.
• Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual colours may vary from the product photos, and may also vary from any PC/Mobile/Tablet’s screen due to monitor colour restrictions.

Delivery Area:

• Self-Pickup is available in the New Industrial Road area. The full address will be sent upon order confirmation.
  
• Islandwide delivery except for Tuas Area, Airline Road, Brani Terminal Avenue, Pulau Damar Laut, Pulau Sakeng Rifle Range, Airport Cargo Road, Jurong Island, Pulau Busing, Pulau Sebarok, St John Island, Alps Avenue, Khusu Island, Pulau Tekong, Pulau Ubin
  

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm between Monday to Saturday.
• For Sunday delivery/self-pickup orders need to be placed before 2.30 pm a day before.
• Delivery time is between 10 am - 6 pm. No specific time is allowed.
• Price stated inclusive of delivery fees.
• Should there be a need for a re-delivery, a charge of $20 will be imposed.
